What you’ll leave with
A short, practical weekly plan you can adjust yourself.
Before you start
Write a general list of tasks and the time you actually have. Replace names, addresses and account details with placeholders.
Empty your head
List the tasks without trying to organise them. Mark fixed deadlines yourself. AI cannot know which commitments matter unless you explain them.
Ask for a realistic first pass
Give it your available time, energy and priorities. Ask for a maximum of three priorities per day and a buffer for interruptions.
Look for hidden assumptions
Check task durations, travel time and dependencies. A neat timetable is not proof that everything will fit.
Move the plan somewhere useful
Copy your chosen tasks into your own diary. This website does not create reminders or connect to your calendar.
Help me organise this week. My available time is [time]. My fixed commitments are [general commitments]. My tasks are [list without private details]. Suggest three priorities per day, include buffer time, and highlight anything that cannot realistically fit. Ask before assuming a deadline.
Replace the square brackets. Leave out private information.
Pause and check
Check every deadline against the original notice. Keep account numbers, identity documents and private family information out of the prompt.
Make it a habit
Save a version of the prompt that worked for you. Next time, change the details and review the answer afresh. A familiar prompt can still produce a mistake.
